Please note that the name AVENTURA QUECHUA PERU applies to any/all of the following companies: Aventura Quechua SRL and Journeys, The Infinite Adventure Tour Company INC.

GENERAL RESERVATIONS
We suggest that you book at least 2 months prior to departure. We will accept bookings by FAX or email, together with a deposit of 35% of the Trip price per person paid by PayPal, into our Bank Account, or by Western Union. Once we have received your deposit and you have filled out a Reservation Form you will be sent confirmation of your trip, a receipt for money received and pre-departure information.

PAYMENTS
The balance is due 45 days before departure. Money to be paid by PayPal, Bank Transfer into our account or by Western Union. If the money is NOT received, then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS
Our Trip prices are based on Double Occupancy Hotel Rooms, Tents and Lodges. If you are traveling alone and wish to share, we will assign a same-sex roommate if one is available. If there is no-one available to share with you then the Single Supplement applies.

INSURANCE
It is a condition of Booking that you have adequate Accident and Medical Insurance before coming to Peru or our other Latin American destinations. We DO NOT provide any Travel Insurance. If a client is taken ill we will do all that is necessary to get them the proper treatment, including evacuation from the mountain and hospitalization if necessary BUT THESE COSTS WILL HAVE TO BE ASSUMED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CLIENT.

If you are planning to participate in any activity considered “risky” by the Insurance Company - trekking, climbing, rafting, etc. - make sure that these are included in your Policy. Please bring a copy of the Policy Document with you.

MEDICAL
You MUST be in general good health to join any of our trips. Our Tour leaders and Guides are authorized to disqualify any client who they believe is unfit for the demands of the trip. In this instance Refunds WILL NOT be given. Aventura Quechua Peru provides a comprehensive First Aid kit for each trip. However, it is the responsibility of each client to bring whatever specific medications they need.

We will also send you a suggested Personal First Aid Kit list with your pre-departure information.

EQUIPMENT
Each client will be sent a list of appropriate clothing and equipment for their particular trip. For Camping trips, clients must bring their own Sleeping Bags, or be willing to rent at an extra cost.

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your reservation Aventura Quechua Peru will refund any payments LESS a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations must be received by FAX or email. For Bookings including the Inca Trail in Peru, the Cancellation Fee is increased by $150 per person.
90-61 days prior - US$150
60-31 days prior - 50%
30-15 days prior - 60%
14-5 days prior - 75%
5-0 days prior - 100%

TRIP CHANGES
Aventura Quechua Peru is not responsible for any cancellations or changes to any flights booked through us.

Aventura Quechua Peru is not responsible for any changes to tours or schedules due to weather conditions; transportation issues; changes in accommodation; protests; strikes; delays; earthquakes; landslides; floods; terrorist attacks; acts of war; or major catastrophes.

Aventura Quechua Peru is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the previously mentioned conditions. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or alter any part of the services when necessary. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.

Although we strive to keep all of our clients in safe and reasonable conditions, we are not responsible for any physical injuries, dismemberment or death resulting from any activities included in your tour.

LIABILITY
Each trip itinerary has a complete list of what is and is not included in the price.

Aventura Quechua Peru WILL NOT be held liable for any changes made by the client or for changes arising from flight delays or cancellations, sickness, political disputes, strikes or any other situation beyond our control.

We will not be held responsible for any items lost or stolen during your tour.

Aventura Quechua Peru is not responsible for the conditions of any accommodation, transportation or other services that are supplied by other companies.
